Interview preparation is one of my favorite things to do—and the primary focus of Reignite. I help you uncover the stories, accomplishments, and strengths that make you stand out, then teach you how to communicate them with clarity and confidence.
We will talk through the role, anticipate the tough questions, practice your responses, and make sure you walk into the interview understanding exactly what you bring to the organization. You are not simply asking them to choose you. You are also deciding whether the opportunity is right for you.

As a single mom who raised two boys into thriving adults while building a demanding career, I understand the tough seasons. Women carry so much—at work, at home, and for everyone who depends on them. When you spend so much time taking care of what is directly in front of you, it can be difficult to see what is possible for you.
That does not mean you have lost your direction. Sometimes you just need someone with a different view to help you see the road ahead more clearly.
